At gemstonika, we take pride in crafting unique, handmade dental accessories using high-quality materials such as 18K dental-grade gold. Due to the personalized and hygienic nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

Custom and Personalized Items: All custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Custom Items:
For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Refund Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at gemstonika@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
